Business Values

I have decided not to create General Terms and Conditions (GTC) (you only have to read them), but to replace them with General Business Values (GBV) right from the start.

That is to make our partnership co-operation on eye level possible and promote. Let us replace together unrealistic and solution-hostile documents by an obligation to solution-oriented and partnership-like acting!

In a nutshell this means:

1. If something doesn’t work, we’ll talk about it.
2. We find a solution to the core problem.
3. We are open and honest with each other.
4. We do what makes sense and serves the cause.
5. We act in partnership and with respect.

I refer to the virtues of the honorable merchant, to the BGB and the HGB.

I look forward to your agreement, our cooperation and the exchange with you!
