I have decided not to create General Terms and Conditions (GTC) (you only have to read them), but to replace them with General Business Values (GBV) right from the start.<\/p>\n

That is to make our partnership co-operation on eye level possible and promote. Let us replace together unrealistic and solution-hostile documents by an obligation to solution-oriented and partnership-like acting!<\/p>\n

In a nutshell this means:<\/p>\n

  1. If something doesn’t work, we’ll talk about it<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. We find a solution to the core problem.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. We are open and honest with each other.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. We do what makes sense and serves the cause.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. We act in partnership and with respect.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I refer to the virtues of the honorable merchant, to the BGB and the HGB.<\/p>\n
